Introduction

Please read these website terms of use carefully before using this website to submit your Secondhand Model Quote. You must agree to these Terms and Conditions for your Secondhand Model Quote to be valid. The following terms and conditions apply to the FLG Secondhand Quote website. These terms and conditions encompass the process for Customers (you) submitting models for purchase by Frontline Gaming LLC (FLG).

Effective Date

These terms and conditions are effective January 1st, 2023.

Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada within the United States.

Privacy

We reserve the right to modify or amend the Terms from time to time without notice. Your continued use of this Web Site following the posting of changes to these terms will mean that you accept those changes. Additional terms and conditions may apply to the purchase of products, such as shipping and return policies. By using this Web Site, you agree to such terms and conditions, as well as these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The product descriptions of specific products on this Web Site, the products offered for sale on it and the transactions conducted through it are provided by us on an ‘As Is’ basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the site or the information, content, materials, or products included on the site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any damages (regardless of the foundation for the action) shall not exceed in the aggregate the amount of fees actually paid by you during this transaction.

Service

FLG Reserves the right to remove any content or information you share if we believe it violates these Terms of Use. FLG reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason at any time.

Quotes

Customers are responsible for accurately representing the models they are presenting for sale to FLG. Quotes are based on the model list submitted by Customers. FLG makes every effort to provide accurate quotes based on the models represented in the list. For more accurate quotes, FLG encourages Customers to submit photos of their units. Photos should represent the condition, painting standard, and any specialty conversions or units. Quotes are valid for 30 Days after an offer is submitted by FLG. Once the Customer accepts the offer, models must be shipped to FLG within 10 days, and a tracking number provided.

Models

By offering Models for sale to FLG you are acknowledging that you are the owner of these models and are authorized to sell them. Models must be shipped, at the customers’ expense, to Frontline Gaming (FLG) for review before payment is issued. Customer shipments must include the Packing Slip provided by FLG via email as part of the quote. Models must be packaged securely and shipped to FLG at:

To avoid delays, and maximize your payout, models must be received in an un-damaged condition. FLG recommends packaging models in a durable shipping box. Models should be adequately padded to avoid damage during shipment. Please do not send loose models. FLG is not responsible for models lost or damaged during shipment. Please provide FLG with a valid tracking number for your package once it ships out. Models must arrive at FLG in a timely and undamaged manner for the quote to be finalized and payment to be issued. FLG reserves the right to modify the quoted payout. Payouts can be modified for any reason, such as missing models, broken models, extra models, higher or lower painting standard than represented in the quote, etc.

Packaging Models

Make sure the miniatures are separated for ease of identification and counting.
Wrap the miniatures in a soft material, (bubble wrap, paper towels, newspaper, etc.). When you wrap painted models, we suggest making sure all painted miniatures are not touching each other to avoid damage to the paint. Padding the interior walls of the box can also help protect the miniatures.
Once you place all of the miniatures in your box fill the box with light, soft filler material (paper, newspaper, foam peanuts) so that all of the empty space in the box is filled.-Seal the box with tape and give it a good shake. If there is no rattling or internal movement that means the models will be kept relatively secure inside the box during transport.

Payments

Payments for secondhand models are made after models are received and reviewed. The FLG Team will review your models and compare them for accuracy to the quote request provided. Once models have been reviewed, payment will be issued based on the Customer’s preferences. Payments are issued either by Cash or Store Credit.

Store Credit is issued as a gift certificate to the FLG Store: https://store.frontlinegaming.org/. Gift certificates are good for the purchase of any product, service, or event available for sale on the FLG Store. Gift certificates are issued via email using a Gift Certificate Code that can be input during checkout on the FLG Store. Cash payments are issued via PayPal. Users will need to have a PayPal account to receive payments in cash from FLG for their models. Please see PayPal’s terms and conditions for details on how PayPal processes payments. FLG reserves the right to modify the payment based on a variety of factors. If the payment amount is over 10% (+/-) different than the quoted amount, FLG will contact the customer for approval prior to issuing payment. FLG is not responsible for lost or abandoned payments. All payments are sent to the email address provided by the customer. Customers can elect to have payment sent to an alternate address if their PayPal account uses a different email address than the address submitted on the quote. Store Credit is only valid at the FLG Store and is not transferable. Once payment is issued, Quotes cannot be modified or revoked.
